Towards the end (closer to the trip) however, she was not always available and my Malaysia vouchers were extremely delayed. I was able to get them only after escalating to the Nitsa managers and through Travel Triangle. Mukul was the agent who helped with Visa processing. For Singapore, he gave me a list of documents, which I validated and couriered. The team continued to ask for additional documents for the next 1 week - being a travel agent I would have expected them to give me the comprehensive full list upfront without asking for additional documents constantly. Malaysia visa was very hassle-free and Mukul was able to get those for us within a couple of days Overall, mixed experiences with the Nitsa agents *Singapore* The local agent in Singapore was Gloworld. They were extremely responsive and proactive. For every transfer, they would send me the driver and vehicle details on the previous day and the whole experience was very seamless. The vehicles provided (since we were 8 pax, we had private transfers) were of great quality. Drivers were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel in Singapore (Parc Sovereign on Albert Street) was decent but very small. The service was good, we were able to get early check in at 11 AM (actual check in was 2 or 3 PM), and they also gave each family connecting rooms. The breakfast options however were extremely limited. *Malaysia* The local agent in Malaysia was Apple travels. Contrary to my experience with the Singapore local agent, Malaysia agent was only "reactive" - they would respond to my questions only if asked and did not do much proactively. For the first transfer, when I asked for driver details over the WhatsApp group they created, they asked me to call on a number and ask them, instead of offering to support directly. On the whole, it was a bit of a hassle to make calls and coordinate with multiple people for each transfer. We had three transfers of which vehicle from KL airport to hotel was terrible, very old and rickety. Other transfers were good. Furama Bukit Bintang was a great hotel - centrally located, good rooms and facilities. breakfast spread was good. However, lunch in the restaurant was terrible - easily the worst food I've had; The front desk service was also indifferent, compared to the nice front desk people from our Singapore hotel. The hotel did not give us rooms until after 3 PM (check in time is 2 PM) and just kept saying they are in the process. When we finally pushed for it, they said they were waiting to give rooms on the same floor (we had 4 rooms), some guests paid for late check out so we will have to wait. Instead of making us wait for hours without giving a proper reason, they could have simply communicated this upfront and asked if we were ok with rooms on different floors! Overall, we had a mixed experience. It was great to use Travel Triangle to get quotes and options for multiple agents. It also reduced the hassle of talking to multiple people. However, the actual trip experience could have been better. (Note: The ratings for hotel and cab are only for the Singapore leg of my trip)
